Andrew Wiggins
Andrew Wiggins is a Canadian professional basketball player currently playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. Drafted first overall in 2014 NBA draft, and also playing on Canada national men’s basketball team and representing them at FIBA AmeriCup tournaments.

He has been honored three times with All-Star Game honors and won its MVP award once. One of the most exciting players in the league, he boasts an uncanny knack for scoring from any position on the court.
Last season, he led the Timberwolves in scoring, averaging 20 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. Additionally, he made numerous impressive defensive contributions that enabled them to capture another division title.

His versatility on both ends of the floor combined with a high basketball IQ has allowed him to become an effective scorer while being capable of guarding some of the league’s premier players and helping contribute significantly to Chicago’s improved defense this year.
Giddey has amassed an impressive resume during his NBA career, including winning three championships and seven All-Star selections as well as numerous NBA Defensive Team selections. While playing with the Bulls, he averaged 18.2 points and 10.2 rebounds per game; acting as an invaluable leader, his performance will be key in their postseason chances.
On Wednesday night, Miami and Chicago will square off in a do-or-die game that could determine both teams’ fates in the playoffs. Expect them to make additional moves before trading deadline passes – perhaps including trading Vucevic?
Vucevic appears to be nearing the end of his NBA career and this could very well be his last season in the league. At 35 years old and on the final year of his contract with Chicago Bulls, this may well be his swan song in professional basketball. Additionally, he’ll represent Montenegro at 2025 FIBA EuroBasket tournament as a professional competitor; which may mark his last international tournament performance before calling it quits as a player.
The Bulls would like to trade Vucevic, but don’t have much in return; either a first-round pick or veteran player with an expiring contract would suffice as worthwhile compensation. Meanwhile, Detroit seems keen on signing Vucevic but have yet to commit themselves by trading away their pick; including Isaiah Stewart could make this deal attractive to both sides.
